So for various reasons, I’ve postponed my EBC trek. I now set off on the 8th October 2017, not April as originally planned which means I have a hell of a long time to wait!
With the help of a personal trainer I’ve been to the gym (a lot) in the past few months to increase my fitness and I’ve reduced my weight by around 2 stone. I’ve taken things a little easy for the past couple of weeks, but I’m eager to make sure I keep up the work I’ve started.
As promised previously, I’ll be providing updates periodically and no doubt chatting about the work I’ve been doing to prep.
